Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists are health professionals that are specifically educated to deal with the musculoskeletal components of the human body.
Physiotherapists typically work with muscular, joint, ligament, and nerve dysfunction.

Physiotherapists work in partnership with individuals of all ages to break down the barriers to physical function and also play an important role in health promotion and disease prevention.

A physiotherapist’s main goal is to help patients with the ability to move affected body parts, restore their functional abilities and help prevent the onset of further disease or disability.  Through a series of hands-on techniques, therapy programs, exercises, therapeutic modalities, physiotherapists are able to help people achieve their goals and ultimately lead to a healthy lifestyle!
