Massage Therapy
Massage is one of the oldest forms of medical therapy. References to massage for therapeutic purposes date back to 2000 BC. Massage therapy is an excellent form of preventative health care. Healthy tissue decreases the likelihood of repetitive strain injuries, stress related injuries, and pain from tight, sore muscles. Massage therapy encourages the body’s own healing processes to decrease inflammation, decrease pain, increase circulation, decrease stress and release tension.
Massage therapy is recommended for the treatment of stress reduction, tension headaches, neck pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, tendonitis, arthritis, sports injuries, and much more.
Chair Massage
Focus is on stress reduction, reducing muscle tension and relaxation. A chair massage is performed over clothes on an ergonomic chair. No lotions or oils are used. Treatments are short 20 minute sessions.
Table Massage
A table massage is a better option for more intensive therapeutic treatments and longer sessions. It provides a deeper level of relaxation and stress relief. It is suited to those who have experienced trauma, injury or illness. It allows for deep tissue, Myofascial release and Trigger Point release techniques.
OSTEOPATHIC Massage
Osteopathic Massage is the combination of Osteopathic principles and Massage Therapy. Osteopathy involves the use of methods called Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation and Joint Mobilizations.
An Osteopathic Massage treatment focuses strongly on removing blockages or restrictions within joints and muscles, increasing blood and lymph circulation, and stimulating nerve activity.

MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. If you miss your appointment or cancel at the last minute, we are unable to treat another client in your place.
If you are late for an appointment and can still be seen, you will pay the regular treatment fee for the time you originally booked.
Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be billed a missed appointment fee.
