Osteopathic Massage Therapy

A type of massage therapy focused on the musculoskeletal system. It uses soft tissue techniques and joint mobilization, to address restrictions and imbalances in the body. The approach is based on the idea that the body has an innate ability to heal itself.

Osteopathic Massage is the combination of Osteopathic principles and Massage Therapy. Osteopathy involves the use of methods called Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation and Joint Mobilizations.

An Osteopathic Massage treatment focuses strongly on removing blockages or restrictions within joints and muscles, increasing blood and lymph circulation, and stimulating nerve activity.
